    Jim Royer has over 30 years of experience in construction and development with 20 of those years as founding principal of J Development Company. He leads the company and his team with honesty as a driving force.

    DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

    Jeana Matcha has been an integral part of the company since 2009. She manages the office, and supports all that’s needed to see their projects come to life.

  • Valerie Citro

    DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

    Valerie has over a decade of experience in the multi-family industry overseeing large and diverse portfolios. Valerie’s focus is to design and implement company policies, procedures, and best practices to strengthen operations for maximum efficiency and profitability. She is directly responsible for overseeing all on-site personnel, daily operations, asset management, budget analytics, and overall property performance to meet Ownership objectives. Valerie received her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation in 2016 and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation in 2020 from the National Apartment Association. Valerie also obtained her Iowa Salesperson License in 2020, her Nebraska Salesperson License in 2024, and was awarded Regional Manager of the Year from the Nebraska Apartment Association in 2022.
